Protect your Office 365 against hackers

It’s already the last monthly email of the year – it feels like it has gone in a blink. I just want to thank you for making what we do here at Intuitive IT possible, without you and your staff we wouldn’t be here! Have a wonderful break, and best wishes for the new year.

Now onto serious matters – if you use Office 365 you need to back it up! Please watch this short video.

This is going to be the next big thing in IT security exploitation and it has the potential to be highly destructive to any business who is using Office 365. This should scare you. If you do not back up your Office 365, or do not know if you do or not, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Also, a reminder of our hours for the Christmas and New Years period this year:

  • 20th December (Friday) – 1:00 PM finish
  • 26th-27th December – Closed
  • 31st December – 1:00 PM finish
  • 1st January – Closed

All working days between the 23rd of December and the 3rd of January NOT listed above we will be open and running reduced hours of 10 AM to 4 PM

From the 6th of January onwards, we resume standard business hours

If your business is operating within these hours, we will still have on-call staff available for urgent requests, and our voicemail will be checked regularly.

Finally, as is our yearly tradition, it’s time again for our two annual IT business surveys. If you’ve not seen this before, it only takes a few minutes to fill out and really helps us make more useful recommendations for your business’ IT needs in the coming year.

The second survey will go out to all staff that has lodged a case during 2019. It is a one-question survey with the option of adding further comments if you choose to. This will be sent out in the next week or two.
